Vancouver Nexgen Computer 售后与保修条款


1. 销售政策

  1. 恕不退货 (All Sales are Final): 所有商品及服务一经售出,概不接受退货或退款。请在购买前务必确认规格需求。
  2. 7天换货规定: 仅针对购买后 7天内 出现的硬件质量问题(非人为损坏),经店内核实后可更换同型号产品。

2. 服务与保修 (Service & Warranty)

  1. 服务保修: 针对技术维修与劳务服务(如系统重装、清灰、组装等),提供 30天(1个月) 的服务保修。保修范围仅限于原维修项目。
  2. 组装整机: 提供 1年 店内硬件劳务保修。
  3. 散装零件: 遵循生产厂家(如 ASUS, MSI, EVGA 等)的官方保修条款。
  4. 送修方式: 本店仅提供送修服务 (Carry-in)。不提供免费的上门取件、现场维修或上门安装。若需邮寄,产生的往返运费及运输风险由客户承担。

3. 免责声明

  1. 数据安全: 维修过程中若发生数据丢失,本公司概不负责。客户在送修前必须自行备份重要资料。
  2. 非保修范围: 以下情况不在免费保修范围内,将按标准人工费收取费用:
  3. 软件问题:系统崩溃、病毒感染、软件冲突。
  4. 人为损坏:液体泼溅、物理磕碰、私自拆解。
  5. 误操作:BIOS 刷新失败、超频烧毁等。
  6. 逾期处理: 维修完成后请于30天内取回设备。逾期未取且未取得联系者,本公司有权处置该设备以抵扣维修及储存成本。

1. Sales Policy

  1. All Sales are Final: No returns or refunds for any products or services once sold. Please ensure specifications meet your requirements before purchase.
  2. 7-Day Exchange: Exchanges are only available for hardware defects (excluding physical damage) within 7 days of purchase, subject to in-store verification for the same model.

2. Service & Warranty

  1. Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day (1 month) warranty on all technical services (e.g., OS installation, cleaning, assembly). This warranty is limited to the original service performed.
  2. Custom Built Systems: We provide a 1-year in-store hardware labor warranty.
  3. Individual Components: Components are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty policy (e.g., ASUS, MSI, EVGA).
  4. Carry-in Service Only: All warranty services require the customer to bring the device to the store. We do not provide free pick-up, on-site repair, or on-site installation. Customers are responsible for all two-way shipping costs and risks.

3. Disclaimer

  1. Data Safety: Nexgen Computer is NOT responsible for any data loss. Customers MUST back up all important data before submitting devices for repair.
  2. Exclusions: The following are not covered under free warranty and will be charged at standard labor rates:
  3. Software issues: OS crashes, virus infections, software conflicts.
  4. Physical damage: Liquid spills, accidental drops, unauthorized disassembly.
  5. Improper use: Failed BIOS updates, overclocking damage, etc.
  6. Abandoned Property: Please collect your device within 30 days after repair completion. Items left over 30 days without contact may be disposed of to cover service and storage costs.
